WHAT BOOK IS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?
FUN LITERACY ACTIVITIES!

There are so many different things that you can do with just one book! Here are some fun ideas to keep things interesting and engaging for your child:

  • Use cheerios with counting books.

  • Find a printable coloring page online that goes along with the theme of a book your child really likes.

  • Create a DIY Literacy Kit around a fun theme. This is especially great for road trips and restaurants.

  • Act out the book with your child; better yet, have the whole family take a role!

  • Use silly voices and sound effects to really hook your kiddo.

  • Make cut outs of shapes, letters, or other objects that go along with the book that your child can move around on the pages. This is great for matching.
